Caught on Camera: Pune Cop Suspended After Wrecking Cafe and Threatening Customers

A Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) in Pune has been suspended after shocking CCTV footage emerged showing him creating a ruckus inside a local cafe, smashing property, and aggressively driving away customers while on duty.

Following the widespread outrage online, Additional Commissioner of Police Rajesh Bansode issued immediate orders suspending the officer, identified as PSI Sandeep Kadam of the Deccan Police Station.

The Power Trip: Kadam, who was on active duty at the time, entered the establishment carrying a police baton.

The Damage: CCTV cameras captured the officer using his baton to aggressively sweep coffee cups and food items off the service counter, shattering glass and making a mess.

The Intimidation: He was filmed shouting at employees in an abusive manner and ordering late-night customers to vacate the premises immediately.

As the video gained massive traction across social media platforms, the Pune Police Department moved quickly to initiate disciplinary proceedings.
