A special Pink Marathon is being organized on Sunday, 8 March, in honor of International Women’s Day to celebrate women’s strength and empowerment. The event will take place at Dhantoli and promises to be a vibrant celebration of womanhood.
Attractive prizes will be awarded to women participants, and the Corporation has urged women to register and take part in large numbers.This marathon is dedicated solely to women, aiming to promote health, confidence, and empowerment while paying tribute to their resilience. The event is being held under the guidance of the newsly elected Madam Mayor.

- 3 km runfor girls under 16 years
- 5 km runfor the general category
- 2 km Special Pink Run
5 km Route (General Category)
The race will start from [Starting Point] and pass through Maharashtra Bank Chowk, Jhansi Rani Chowk, University Library Chowk, Alankar Talkies Chowk, Kachhipura Chowk (Annabhau Sathe Chowk), Rahate Colony Metro Station Chowk, Rahate Colony Gorakshan Sabha Chowk, Home Guard Office, Dhantoli Garden, Mehadia Chowk, and conclude at [Ending Point].
3 km Route (Under 16 Category)
The run will begin at [Starting Point] and move along Maharashtra Bank Chowk, Jhansi Rani Chowk, University Library Chowk, Kalpana Building, Lokmat Chowk, Dhantoli Garden, Mehadia Chowk, ending at [Ending Point].
2 km Special Pink Run Route
This route will start from [Starting Point] to Panchsheel Chowk, University Library, Kalpana Building, Lokmat Chowk, Panchsheel Chowk, and conclude at [Ending Point].Registered participants will receive T-shirts and chest numbers, which can be collected on 7 March from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the various Collection spots].
