Ranbir Kapoor Expands Real Estate Portfolio with ₹16.42 Crore Land Purchase Near Pune

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has made another massive real estate investment, expanding his property portfolio into Maharashtra’s scenic hill regions. According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the actor has acquired approximately 25.7 acres of land in Pimpri village, located in Pune’s Mulshi region, for a total of ₹16.42 crore.

The transaction involves four adjoining land parcels, with the official registration completed on April 30, 2026.

The Property Breakdown

The massive 25.7-acre estate consists of four distinct, interconnected plots totaling roughly 1,04,000 square meters. The financial details of the acquisition include:

• Plot 1 (21,400 sq m): Acquired for ₹3.31 crore
• Plot 2 (29,900 sq m): Acquired for ₹4.62 crore
• Plot 3 (43,800 sq m): The largest parcel, acquired for ₹7.07 crore
• Plot 4 (8,900 sq m): Acquired for ₹1.39 crore
• Stamp Duty Paid: ₹82.13 lakh (to finalize the registration)

Following a Premium Investment in Ayodhya

This Pune acquisition marks Ranbir’s second major real estate transaction this year. Earlier in 2026, the actor made headlines by purchasing a luxury plot in Ayodhya within ‘The Sarayu’, an exclusive 75-acre plotted development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).

The Ayodhya Deal: Valued at ₹3.31 crore for a 2,134-square-foot premium plot along the banks of the Sarayu River.

The Project: The luxury enclave features high-end residential plots, an upscale clubhouse, and a five-star vegetarian hotel operated by The Leela Hotels.

Reflecting on his investment in Ayodhya at the time, Ranbir stated:

“I believe Ayodhya has chosen me, and I have just answered this calling. Ayodhya is deeply rooted in our history and is a critical part of our cultural fabric. This land at The Sarayu became my gateway to ensuring this becomes a part of my legacy for my family.”
