The Nagpur unit of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed an FIR against Sandeep Singh, Area Sales Manager at Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), and his wife Shweta Singh in a disproportionate assets case, sending shockwaves through WCL circles.According to the CBI, the couple allegedly amassed assets worth ₹45.23 lakh beyond their declared sources of income between August 1, 2023, and August 31, 2025.
